Butterfly Valves
The V1FS and V2FS butterfly valves are a necessary equipment for the discharge of bins which contain powder products. External body is made from cast aluminium (alloy), disk made from cast iron or plastic coated and seal made from neoprene. The V2FS valves are equipped with a top and bottom flange whereas the V1FS has a top flange only.
Key Features:
Suitable for the food industry.
Dust proof.
Cast iron Butterfly.
Pressure proof up to 0,2 bar.
Drives :
The valves can be equipped with manual, electropneumatic and gear motor drive. The drive units are completely interchangeable.

Rotary Valves
Rotary valves are ideally suited to control delivery or discharge of powder or palletised products to and from silos, hoppers, pneumatic transport systems, bag filters and centrifugal separators.
Its strong and compact construction, thanks to the original design, makes it a simple matter to access the internal working parts. Four different types are available according to the different flow rates.
The following theoretical diagram provides some general guidelines on the type of valve to be used. Bear in mind, however, that the type of material discharged and the rotational speed. Three standard speeds are available: 10/20/30 rpm. In addition, the range will include a range variator from 4 to 22 rpm.

SIZING - Given the variety of types, specific diagrams for every material have not been prepared. However here is some essential data to
make a correct choice easier.
The box load for powder or similar material is more or less 80% of the theoretical value and optimum levels can be obtained with valve rotation at 20 rpm.
Low valve rotation means low wear level, thus if you are working with abrasive materials, it is better to use large capacity valves which run at
low speed.
The construction material depends on the type of material to handle. There are three basic types:
Non contaminating materials:
Body - grey cast iron
Covers - cast iron
Rotor - cast iron or steel
Abrasive products:
Body - chromium or nickel plated cast iron
Covers - chromium or nickel plated cast iron
Rotor - steel or cast iron with Vulkolan scrapers
Corrosive products:
Body - chromium or nickel plated cast iron
Covers - chromium or nickel plated cast iron
Rotor - stainless steel
Pinch Valves
The pinch valve, type VM, was designed to be used in a wide range of applications. Their primary use is to arrest the flow of product in the pneumatic conveying line, for material such as powders, granules, fibers and liquids. The wide range of sleeve materials along with various body types make the valve suitable in various industries.
Advantages:
Free passage, full bore through no pressure loss.
No product/metal body contact.
No maintenance.
Low weight.
Low air consumption.
Suitable for plants requiring explosion proof line closure.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Flanges: PN10 standard.

Pressure Relief Valve
APPLICATION :
On top of silos and bins, hoppers, containers to avoid overpressure and underpressure. To avoid problems which could severely damage both silo
and filter.
MATERIALS :
All contact parts are in mild steel, on request in stainless steel. Cover is made from polymer, seals according to application.
For a correct operation the application of a pressure relief valve is necessary in order to discharge possible over pressure inside the silo, as well as
negative pressure. In fact there is pressure once you fill the silo and negative pressure when you empty the silo. If air input and output are not
correct the valve opens (one way or the other) and avoids possible silo damage.
