Compaction Tables
These tables are custom designed to your specification in flat or nested models to meet your specific needs.
The built in versatility of these tables solves a wide variety of processing problems. They are supplied in capacities to 25,000 lbs. Optional speed controllers are available for electrically powered units.
Flat Deck Tables
Deca flat deck vibration tables can be utilized at a fixed station or relocated as necessary. They are well suited for general industrial applications, such as densifying and compacting materials, removal of entrapped air, consolidating concrete, vibration testing and for food processing and packaging. They can be designed with pneumatic or electric vibrators to meet your specific requirements.
Nested Tables
Deca nested tables may be integrated with single or double conveyor systems for fast compaction of the contents of molds, boxes, drums or other containers. The containers move to the vibration station where they are raised from the rollers, vibrated during the filling operation, and then lowered back to the rollers for conveying.
Sub Tables
Deca also custom designs sub tables which consist of a grid top vibration deck. This unit fits under the existing conveyor as an integral part of the system.

The Deca PEC-3 Vibration System consists of a pneumatic/electric console and 2 PEC 211OS silent operating piston vibrators.
PEC-3 Vibration System
The system is designed for reliability testing a spot vibration of equipment too large to be moved to a vibration table or platform and in situations where such equipment is inappropriate, i.e. an environmental chamber.
The PEC-3 System can be set to test a product at specific times, certain frequency ranges and durations and can accommodate up to four vibrators simultaneously.
