Cylindrical Ranges of Filters

(Available in sizes ranging from 1M2 up to 47M2 in a single module.)

The cylindrical range is designed for silo venting applications. The filter is available with either Round bags, Elliptical bags, manufactured from polyester needlefelt or the popular Cartridge element using hard wearing spun bonded polyester.

All media can be coated or specially treated to cope with most dust problems in all applications.

Filters are available as insertable, fitted into a receiving hopper or bin, with stainless steel clean air section. They can be supplied with a mild steel or stainless steel upstand for welding or bolting directly to the hopper or bin & secured with a fastening clamp complete with rubber seal, making the joint airtight & water tight.

Filters are available fitted into stainless steel circular cases available in 400, 600, 800 & 1000 diameters. Pressure tested to withstand from 6 to 16 times the design pressure of silo's designed to VDI3673, depending on filter diameter.

For applications with headroom problems there is a dirty side element removal unit available.

All elements are a push fit seal into the mild steel powder coated seal plate ensuring a perfect gas tight seal. Stainless steel seal plates are an available option to give stainless steel contact parts for the food & pharmaceutical industries The compressed air reservoir & electrovalves are mounted outside the unit, to give easier & quicker maintenance. Filters are available fan assisted, & free standing with dust collection hopper & bin or valved to cater for other dust receiving receptacle.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, these filters are all designed to withstand 0.5 Bar negative pressure, speciality designed for the conveying of products under vacuum. They are available in 400, 600, 800, & 1000 diameter units as an insertable for fitting into a receiving vessel or cased for mounting on the top of a receiving vessel. Elements are available as Elliptical bag manufactured from polyester needlefelt or the popular Cartridge element using hard wearing spun bonded polyester. All media can be coated or specially treated to cope with most dust problems in all applications. On the top of the clean air outlet is mounted a heavy gauge mild steel plate with a central hole for connecting ductwork to the vacuum pump.

• Delta ' P ' control, provides more efficient filtration by only cleaning down when the pre set pressure drop over the elements calls for cleaning, saving valuable usage of expensive compressed air.
• Pressure relief valve, available on circular range to protect against overpressure. Self sealing when the pressure reverts to normal.
